Penn State Mont Alto is located near Chambersburg, just 30 miles west of Gettysburg. This quaint campus that borders the beautiful Michaux State Forest is situated on 93 tree-lined acres and is just a few minutes from the Maryland border. With approximately 900 students, this campus offers eight bachelor’s degrees and seven associate programs. The programs can be completed at this campus or students can also begin their first two years of study at Mont Alto and complete their program at another Penn State campus using the 2 + 2 plan.
