Dedicated VA Certifying Officials

We simplify the benefits certification process. Every Penn State campus, in-person or online, has its own VA Certifying Official. Some campuses have several officials. This level of service means that your benefits can be disbursed easily, leaving you to focus on your courses.

Military Leave of Absence

We’re responsive to the demands of military service. We have policies that support the demands of military service. If your military duty requires a short-term or long-term absence, we have policies in place to help.

Military Withdrawal Policy

We understand the need to be flexible. If active-duty service members receive orders to relocate or deploy, they or their spouse can receive a military withdrawal. No tuition will be charged for that semester. You can return to the same major and campus when you want to re-enroll, with no fees.
