In-State Tuition – Servicemembers

All active duty military and DoD employees (and their spouses and dependent children) are eligible for consideration to receive in-state tuition provided they are assigned to an active duty station in Pennsylvania and reside in Pennsylvania.

Active duty military and DoD employees (and their spouse and dependent children) enrolled through Penn State World Campus will receive in-state tuition even if they do not reside in Pennsylvania.

Please contact your School Certifying Official to determine requirements to establish eligibility for the in-state tuition rate.
