In-State Tuition – Veterans

All eligible veterans, regardless of benefit use or use where they reside, will be eligible for in-state tuition at Penn State.

If you are a veteran and not using GI Bill® benefits, please contact your School Certifying Official to determine requirements to establish eligibility for the in-state tuition rate.
