Military Dependent Policies
There are three Penn State policies that were created for military service members that extend to their spouses/domestic partners, and in some cases, their other dependents. These policies deal with in-state tuition and cancellation of courses due to unexpected military orders during the semester that direct the relocation of a service member as a result of a permanent change of station (PCS) or deployment. Penn State policies for service members that are extended to spouses/domestic partners and/or other dependents are listed below.
